Today another person was a victim of my latest rage. It was his fault for not properly do the job as I told specifically to him. I like everything to be just perfect or at least as agree upon. In the end he had to admit his mistake and will redo everything all over again. I still have compassion toward him, so I am willing pay extra for the damage he had done to compensate his lost.
My style is very easy and clearly to understand. If you are given a time frame to complete a task and agree to it, you must do so. If you are unable to do it, have the courtesy to call me. Otherwise, your ear might bleed listening to my yelling. I don't care if you are older or more superior than I am.
I am a nice person but a promise is a promise. So don't push it.
Post Scriptum: That is why I prefer to let my mother handle the situation first and I only step in at the last minutes. Believe me, you don't want to see me when I am angry.
